At The Science Academy, we believe that science is not just a subject but a way of understanding the world around us. Our camp offers hands-on experiences that ignite curiosity and inspire young minds. Participants will engage in exciting experiments, explore various scientific fields, and meet like-minded peers who share theirDiscover the Magic of The Science Academy Camp! passion for discovery. With expert guidance from our dedicated staff, every camper will leave with new skills and a deeper appreciation for science. Attention Parents  

Thank you for allowing your children to participate in our Science Summer Camp Program.

Please note the following,

• Doors open at 8am. - Breakfast starts at 8:30am.

• Day 1 -  To ensure a smooth and safe drop-off, please allow a few minutes to check in your children. For safety and compliance, kindly have your completed Camp Forms ready for a quick sign-in process. You can retrieve your Camp Forms by clicking here. Please note that students cannot be considered fully registered without these forms on file. If you have any questions, please contact us. Call or text (561)285-7552  

• Regular hours are from 8am to 4pm.  - You may drop off or pick up anytime between these hours. Please note; If you pick up late, there is a late fee of $1.00 per minute. We implement the same rules and policies of the School District's Aftercare Program's Late Pick Up Fees.

• Breakfast and Lunch are provided by the School District. Please click here to view the Summer Camp Menu. The schedule is, Breakfast from 8:30am to 9am. And Lunch 11:45am to 12:45pm. You may want to pack a water bottle and snacks. If you decide not to participate in the School's Breakfast and Lunch, don’t forget to pack a Lunch and snacks. We have on campus water fountains including water bottle refill stations. If you prefer not using the school's water fountains, you should consider packing a couple of water bottles. 

Camp Dress Code:

1. Clothing: Children should wear comfortable, weather-appropriate clothing.
2. Shoes: For safety, closed-toe shoes, such as sneakers, are required for outdoor recreation.
3. Sunscreen: Apply sunscreen to your child before camp.
4. Alternatively, pack sunscreen in a sealed plastic bag (e.g., a zip-lock or sandwich bag).
5. Label both the sunscreen container and the bag with your child's name.
6. Hats/Caps: Students may bring hats or caps.

Entrance to our campus. 

Campus is located at Morikami Park Elementary. 6201 Morikami Park Rd Delray Beach, Fl. 33484. Click here for a Google map of location. Directions: Use Morikami Park Road to get to the (North) Gate Entrance, to enter the school grounds and parking lot. Once you are at the front of the school, as you face the school, you will see a drive way going down the right side of the school building. Go down that drive way until you see the second set of double doors (Aftercare Entrance). Look for the "Camp Sign" in front of the doors. At the right side of those doors you will see a buzzer. Press the buzzer to be let in. Inside you will be greeted at the sign in / sign out desk.
